Details about services included in the ticket
Guests registration time on Saturday February 1st:
Starting at 8.30 am until 1.00 pm
Event start and end times:
Saturday 1st form 11:00 am to 07:00 pm

On the registration day you will be given a colored wristband that entitles you to access the event. Please, store them carefully, if lost must be purchased again.

Please, remember that children are not allowed to enter the event hall and that we will not provide a baby-sitting service.
WARNING!!! Tickets are non-refundable. We will offer a CHANGE NAME service at a cost of 29 Euros VAT included per each Ticket, and you will be able to apply for it only once and up to 3 days before the event.
PLEASE NOTE THAT: Due to technical problems, .live emails are not working for sign up at the moment. Please, make sure to enter your email address correctly, for example, do not mix .IT with .COM – many often go wrong.
